The Safe Event Center can comfortably accommodate 250 to 300 guests, depending on your event layout and seating arrangement. Our open floor plan offers flexibility for receptions, conferences, weddings, and community gatherings.
Yes, you are welcome to decorate the event space to fit your theme or vision.
Please note that linens are not included with the venue rental.

Prohibited items and materials:
🚫 Glitter, confetti, Orbeez, and colored powders (e.g., gender reveal materials)
🚫 Open flames (candles, sparklers, etc.)
🚫 Fresh rose petals, live Christmas trees, or natural garlands (fire safety hazard)
Attachment policy:
Only decorating tape or command hooks may be used to affix decorations to walls.
Tacks, staples, putty, and any adhesive materials that may cause wall damage are strictly prohibited.
Yes, alcohol may be served at your event under specific conditions.
For ticketed events or cash bars:
If alcohol is being sold (directly or through ticket sales), additional licensing and insurance requirements will apply. Please consult with our Event Manager for full details.
⏰ Note: All alcohol service must end 30 minutes before the event concludes for safety compliance.
Your set-up and clean-up time are included within your contracted rental period.
To begin setting up, a client representative must be present in the facility at all times while vendors, friends, or family are decorating.
Please note:
Clients are responsible for general cleanup following their event.
Before leaving, please ensure:
✅ All trash is placed in the provided receptacles
✅ Floors, stage, reception area, and restrooms are free of large debris
✅ All decorations and adhesives are removed from walls and surfaces
✅ All food, linens, and rental items are taken out of the building
✅ The parking area is free of litter, including cigarette butts, containers, and décor
Once cleanup is complete, our closing event staff will conduct a final walkthrough with the client or designated representative to ensure no items are left behind.
